Dr John Scheirs
Dr. John Scheirs is a polymer materials expert who runs a materials testing laboratory (ExcelPlas) to test and analyse plastic pipes and fittings. He specialises in the compositional and failure analysis of plastics pipes such as PE100, PP-R, PEX, PVC, ABS and multilayer systems.

Mr David Parkin OAM
A powerful and compelling leader, David captained the Hawthorn Football Club to their second premiership in 1971 and then coached them to a flag in 1978. He later coached the Carlton Football Club to successive premierships in 1981-82 and again in 1995. David's talents have transferred from the sporting and academic arenas to the world of business.

David was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2002 and in 2013 was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for 'service to the sport of Australian rules football as an administrator, coach and player'.
