The Course Will Include:

  • Methods of calculating roof drainage catchment
  • New method for calculating rainfall using IFD (Intensity / Frequency / Duration) and AEP (Annual Exceedance Probability) data
  • Method for design of high capacity overflow sumps in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.3
  • Methods for designing box gutters up to 16 l/sec in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.3
  • Proficiency examination

Note - This course is a pre-requisite to gain access to the Stage 2 Advanced Performance Based Design Course which enables systems above 16 l/sec to be modelled.
