AHSCA (VIC) President: Mathew Yanez - 'Summary of the Plumbing & Fire Industry Awards Night 2021'


Mathew Yanez, President of AHSCA (VIC) Chapter will present a 'Summary of the Plumbing & Fire Industry Awards Night 2021', congratulating all the finalists and winners, thanking our award sponsors Conex Banninger and Enware, and thanking all members that attended this fantastic night.


Technical Speaker: Clive Berrell – ‘Healthy Water Systems in Health & Aged Care Facilities’

Clive Berrell is the National Category Manager Health & Education at Galvin Engineering and will be discussing the evolving demand for healthy water systems in Health & Aged care facilities. This will include the increased pressure on facility operators to provide a Water Quality Risk Management Plan, increasing the monitoring of their systems with respect to TMV temperatures, flow & system dead legs as required under the national enHealth Guidelines. The introduction of Lead safe materials by the ABCB is also part of this movement.


Technical Speaker: Rowan Gregory – ‘Dam Buster’


Rowan Gregory is the Technical Manager for Dam Buster and will be providing a technical presentation that covers - Dam Buster products, including how compliance is achieved across all 3 volumes of the NCC; new Performance Solution process as applicable from 1 July 2021; and examples of projects carried out under the new Performance Solution process (flow rates up to 16 L/s), including preparation of a PBDB and the Final report.
